Warranty Policy

NSP Company Limited, the exclusive distributor of the “Vietrack” brand name, warrants to the original purchaser that it's products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the following warranty period applicable to the product (the“Applicable Warranty Period”):

1. The Applicable Warranty Period for the Network & Server Cabinet under “Vietrack” brand name shall be 5 years from the the date of purchase. In addition, for certain products, the Applicable Warranty Period shall be 2 years from the the date of purchase (These products are listed in the end of this literature).
2. For all Cabinet Accessories under “Vietrack” brand name, the Applicable Warranty Period shall be one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Proof of Purchase in the form of a Bill of Sale or Invoice or Installation Certificate or any other document, which is evident that the unit is within the warranty period, may be produced or presented to obtain the In-warranty service.

This warranty does not cover ordinary maintenance, wear and tear, abuse, improper use, alterations, or products not installed or maintained in accordance with NSP ’s written instructions when applicable.

NSP will repair or replace, at its option, any products (or parts thereof) which are covered by this limited warranty and which are found to be defective. No such repair or replacement will extend the Applicable Warranty Period. When a warranty claim arises, Buyer must contact NSP Company to arrange return shipment with freight prepaid by Buyer to: NSP Company Limited, 359 Vo Van Tan, District 3, HCMC. The risk of loss or damage to any products returned NSP will be with Buyer.

The remedy of repair or replacement provided for herein is buyer’s exclusive remedy in the event of breach of this limited warranty. In addition, NSP shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages or any loss, damage or expense arising from the sale, use or installation of the products or from any other causes, whether based on warranty (express or implied) or otherwise based on contract, or on tort, or regardless of any advice or representations that may have been rendered by NSP or it’s agents or representatives concerning the sale, use or installation the products.
